Please carefully read the following instructions before starting your registration.

Registration Steps

There will be 4 steps of the registration for the conference that have different deadlines. In order to complete the registration successfully and provide the organizing committee detailed information to serve you well, please kindly remember to finish all the steps as soon as possible since you had the adequate information.

First of all, you need to sign up an account (sign up now) on the website so that your personal information could be stored. Later on you could continue your registration any time by logging in your personal account.

Step 1 is about basic personal information to help us contact you. This part is mandatory and MUST be completed by August 1st.

Step 2 is about your status information, visa requirements and preference regarding the post-conference program to help us confirm your registration fee and assist with Chinese visa application. This part is mandatory and MUST be completed by August 1st

Step 3 is about accommodation reservation. We would like to help you with arranging your accommodation in a lower price compare to booking in the Internet if you have the need. This part is non-mandatory. But if you do need the reservation service, please complete it by August 20th. The organizers will not be able to provide assistance with or to guarantee successful accommodation for enquiries and bookings, submitted after August 20th .

Step 4 is about proposed itinerary to help us pick you up at the airport or railway station. Once you booked your ticket please kindly remember to complete this part. This part is non-mandatory, but must be completed no later than September 3rd. After this due date, the organizer will not be responsible for your pick-up.

uRegistration Fee

Conference registration only allows submission of one abstract.

Registration fees of Participants in general, and students/reporters will include: bus transportation between Taiyuan and Pingyao (when arrival and departure), conference materials, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, tickets of organized visit in Pingyao, on-site guide (excluding transportation expenses arrival and departure to Taiyuan for the conference, accommodation expenses and 2 days post-conference short-distance tour fee and 8 days post-conference long-distance tour fee).

Registration fees of Participants entourage will include: bus transportation between Taiyuan and Pingyao (when arrival and departure), lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, tickets of organized visit in Pingyao, on-site guide (excluding transportation expenses arrival and departure to Taiyuan for the conference, conference materials, accommodation expenses and 2 days post-conference short-distance tour fee and 8 days post-conference long-distance tour fee)

Note 1: Please bear in mind that your registration will only be valid after completing both Step 1 and Step 2 by August 1st, and the information about the exact conference registration fee will be displayed according to your registration status.

Note 2: The official payment period is from June 1st to August 20th (both registration, post-conference and accommodation reservation). Since your registration successfully completed, please follow the instructions provided to transfer the conference registration fees to the official account and travel agency if you would attend the post-conference or ask them to book the hotel. After the due time, on-site registration in cash will still be possible.

Note 3: Since the official list of reporters will be only announced after July 15th, if you want to enjoy the special registration fees for reporters, you could start your transfer after that time, but no later than August 20th. However, it will have no effect on the online registration. Please submit your registration as early as you can and make sure your contact e-mail filled in the registration is as same as what is written in your paper submitted.
